Engagement takes many forms
Creative Development and Engagement supports you and your organization in the form of community programs, large scale interactive projects, outreach initiatives, educational forums, classes, public exhibitions and events. Consultations include problem solving, project development, program and team management, implementation, community partnerships and outreach. The goal of my engagement work is to to ensure that your personal or organizational mission, product, and/or concept effectively reaches your intended audience. I am a creative artist by trade. I received my Masters education from California College of the Arts in the field of Curatorial Practice, which stems largely from social anthropology and community development. I am is interested in ideas that foster healthy communities and support creative solutions.

I've been a Contemporary Gallery Owner, a San Francisco City Arts Employee working with the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development and the City Art Galleries, an Atelierista for a Reggio Emilia Program, an Art Studio Manager for a Hands on Discovery Museum, a Clay and Sculpture Instructor, a Chef Educator for an Organic Farm, a Visiting Professor at California College of the Arts, a Lecturer at Portland State and the University of San Francisco, a Program Coordinator for a top National grants organization, a Creative Consultant for a gallery focusing on Interfaith Dialogue, a Developer for a girl’s cycling and photo journalism program in Iceland, Program Director for an outdoor exploration school in the South Bay, and a Creative Enrichment developer for programs on the West Coast. I am a pretty solid human, I grew up in West Virginia, went to college in North Carolina, and attended graduate school in San Francisco. I've traveled extensively for consultation work but I maintain roots in West Virginia, Colorado, Oregon, and California.
